Here Is the travers with with 3D printed guides, fixture for holding the gearmotor and the servos for the sliding doors. There is also two servos hidden under the plywood plate on the far end

I use micro switches and diodes to stop the travers at each end. The round milk caps will have off center screws to fix them at the right spot to stop the travers at the correct position.
